Boot Scootin' Blush |
This twist on White Zinfandel has
been very successful for us. Tangerine and mandarin infused with
kiwi and mango come to mind when sipping this brisk wine. A
beautiful balance of sweet and tangy notes. I'll be scootin' my
blush booty outa here, with a bottle off course! |
|
Lone Star Blanc |
This combination of Sauvignon Blanc
and Chenin Blanc is clean and crisp with a bit of stone fruit,
hay, and accents of grain which succumb to flavors of dry
heather honey on the finish. Wonderful with shellfish. |
|
Midnight Merlot |
Merlot infused with succulent
blackberries. If you like your wines sweet and full of fruit
flavor, then this one is for you. You won’t believe you’re
drinking an alcoholic beverage. Try it over your pancakes...nah
just kidding! |
|
Ocean Breeze |
This is what's known as a White
Merlot. Somewhat sweet and loaded with flavors of Field
Strawberries along with hints of Papaya. You won't believe
you're drinking wine, I promise. |
|
Sunrise Shiraz |
Not quite as sweet as the Wild
Shiraz. Infused with cranberries, which seduce the palate with
natural fruit sweetness, while accenting it with a bit of its
intrinsic tart qualities. The contrasting flavors provide the
wine with a nice balance, but also endow it with a bit of a kick
on the finish. A
gorgeous sipper! |
|
Sunset Chardonnay |
This slightly sweet Chardonnay is
packed with juicy flavors of peach and apricot. A lighter style
wine with plenty of succulent fruit flavor and natural acidity.
Perfect for picnics or pool parties! |
|
Texas Rio Red |
This Blush is bursting with tangy,
tart and sweet flavors of ripe Texas Red Grapefruit. Unique and
wonderfully refreshing. “White Zinfandels’got nothin' on this!” |
|
Yellow Rose Riesling |
A sweet Riesling with flavors of
crisp crunchy green apple and Bartlett pear. The natural
acidity, and ripe fruit flavors, make it a perfect complement to
spicy cuisine (Thai, Chinese), or Tex-Mex food. |
| Wild Shiraz |
A spin
on the Shiraz grape that has been very successful for us here at
D’Vine. We infuse the red grape Shiraz with wild berry juice
resulting in a wine loaded with boysenberries, Marion berries
and blackberries, which come to life in this sweet nectary wine.
Try it over pancakes...nah just kidding but I bet it'd be pretty
good. Hehe |

Amoré |
I few things come to mind when one
thinks of Italy. Somewhere at the top is Venice and the amazing
wines of Veneto. This Amarone style wine is a blend of
predominantly Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara and is deep, dark
and inviting with blackberry, currants, dried fruit and a
typical slight bitter nut character. A classic beauty! |
|
Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot |
If there ever was a classic
combination of grapes, then this would have to be it. The
brawny, muscular structure of Cabernet (cassis, leather, cedar)
intertwined with the plush, velvety notes of Merlot (chocolaty,
plumy, soft and round) result in a perfectly balanced, medium
bodied red wine. |
|
Cowtown Red |
This deep, plush and full bodied red
explodes with black and red fruit. Red Currants, Raspberries,
Plum, Cherries and a supple, slightly sweet finish. If you hate
tart, tannic and oaky reds, then this one is for you. A great
starter red and perhaps one of the most food friendly wines we
make. Try it, and you're bound to fall in love with it. I
guarantee it! |
|
French Colombard |
A somewhat neutral white wine with
gentle citrus floral notes and a slightly chalky character. The
palate is vibrant with natural acidity making it ideal with
fresh herb cheeses or seafood risotto. |
|
Muscat |
This is our off-dry version (just a
tad sweet) of what's believed to be one of the oldest grapes in
the world. Flavors of orange marmalade, a touch of peach and
tropical undertones accented by a slight muskiness. Superb with
spicy Asian cuisine! |
|
Pinot Grigio |
Gentle aromas of honey, apple and
pear dominate the bouquet. The palate is a reflection of the
bouquet with the addition of mild almond and fresh juicy
acidity. How about a little Ceviche...yummy! |
|
Pinot Noir |
A lighter version of an extremely
temperamental grape sensually expressed by the dialogue between
Miles and Jack in the 2004 movie "Sideways". Bing Cherry (lots
of it), and a slightly earthy, almost gamey note is detectable
here. The best matches to show off the delicacy and texture of
Pinot Noir are: grilled salmon, a good cut of plain roast beef,
or any dish that features mushrooms as the main flavor element. |
|
Shiraz/Viognier |
This is that classic blend (90/10)
of red and white respectively. Perfected by the French in the
wines of Côte-Rôtie (Rhone Valley). Jammed with red fruit,
floral notes and a slight spiciness. With Côte-Rôtie wines
starting at about $50.00, this little number deserves your
attention. Enjoy with roasted lamb, or beef shanks. |
|
Spanish Tempranillo |
The Tempranillo grape originates
from the Rioja region of Spain. Full-bodied blessed with fresh,
penetrating aromas of sour cherry touched by the warmth of
vanilla imparted by American Oak influence. A fantastic food
wine, particularly marinara based dishes. |
|
Viognier |
Clean,
Vibrant and piercing is the best way to describe our version of
this Northern Rhone varietal. Showing subtle flavors of stone
fruit, and a touch of orange blossom, while preserving the
grapes natural acidity. Perfect for those hot summer days! |

|
Chardonnay Reserve |
This straw golden beauty offers a
bouquet of heady aromas, packed with pineapple, acacia blossom
lemon peel and fresh dill, along with flavors of honeyed lemon
chiffon. All seamlessly integrated amid a slightly creamy &
toasty note. Wonderful with Dungeness Crab, or grilled Sea Bass. |
|
Malbec Reserve |
One of the drier wines in our
production, but still with plenty of juicy fruit left on the
palate. Notes of mocha, espresso, dark plum, vanillin, and
bitter chocolate taunt your taste buds. Hmm, sage roasted Pork
Loin! |
|
Riesling Reserve |
Classis Riesling aromas of peaches,
apricots, lemons, and honey can be detected in this fresh and
delicious wine. Endowed with a smidgeon of oak this off-dry
style is ideal with pan fried trout, or Pan-Asian cuisine. |
| Shiraz Reserve |
Virtually the same grape as Syrah. The name Shiraz was coined by
South African producers and later adopted by Australian
producers. It is believed to be named after an old Persian city.
Blackberries accented by gentle peppery
notes, retrained and a bit more elegant. A good match for Cowboy
Burgers! |

Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve |
Fragrant, with licorice and cassis,
enveloped by violets, and massing to fruit flavors reminiscent
of black cherry jello and black currants. Gentle silky tannins
make it a great match for aged hard cheese, such as Manchego, or
Reggiano Parmigiano. |
|
Claret |
A Bordeaux style blend of Cabernet
Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The palate is an amalgam
of black fruit, with cassis at the forefront leading to ripe
blackberry and succulent black cherry notes, enveloped in a
cloak of temperate tannins and gentle sweet oak. |
|
Grande Rosso Reserve |
This Italian Beauty is the best
Piedmont and Veneto have to offer. A blend of predominantly
Nebbiolo, Corvina, and Rondinella. Wonderful smoky character on
the front palate, reminiscent of smoked bacon, leading to a rush
of black berries and cherry fruit. Pair it with burgers, ribs... |
|
Merlot Reserve |
Ahh, Merlot! If there is one
varietal name that people love to say, this would have to be it.
Aside from saying it , people revere it for it plumy, plush and
fleshy character invigorated by chocolaty nuances. Gentle, but
full of dark fruit. Enjoy! |
|
Nebbiolo Reserve |
If this grape sounds familiar it is
probably because you’ve heard the names Barolo and Barbaresco.
Both made from this varietal, which at times can be
overpowering. Our version is more of a silky seduction of the
palate, with beautiful dark fruit, soft acidity, earth and
truffle rounded by a wisp of violet. Yeah...I could drink a
bottle of this! |
|
Red Zinfandel Reserve |
By far, this is one of my favorite
grape varietals due to the fact that it is capable of producing
so many different styles, not to mention the infamous White
Zinfandel. This one's not as big as they can be, but what it
lacks in brute strength it makes up in elegance and style with
red currants at the forefront, touch of pepper and lively
acidity. Beef Tacos should do nicely! |
| Sangiovese Reserve |
This
ain’t your grandfather’s wicker basket Chianti. The quality of
wine that this grape manages to produce never ceases to amaze
me. Orange rind, tea, dried leaf, damp earth and Bing cherry
with a judicious amount of acidity. This grape was made for
food. Sweet Italian sausage in
marinara over penne pasta. |

|
Blue Norther |
Made from the Vidal grape. Rich and
sweet with nectar-like nuances and honeyed components showing
ripe apricots, tropical fruit and a touch of caramelized sugar.
Pairs well with a pear tartlet, or Aged Blue Cheese. |
|
Chocolate Port |
This silky, chocolaty beauty is made
up from up to 80 grapes originating from Duro Portugal. Infused
with our very own chocolate recipe which is simply D’Vine. A
saturating medley of ripe black cherries, layered with mocha,
espresso and bitter dark chocolate. |
|
Chocolate Raspberry Port |
Chocolate and Raspberries, need I say more? Our very own
chocolate port accented by the succulent flavors of raspberries
saturated with black fruit layers and accented by mocha and dark
chocolate notes. Sinfully delicious! |
